Biscotti Maamoul Swareh
Maamoul Swareh Cookies è un tipo di biscotto tradizionale mediorientale che viene comunemente gustato durante le occasioni festive come l'Eid. È una variazione del popolare biscotto maamoul ed è tipicamente fatto con una combinazione di semola, burro e zucchero mescolati in un impasto. L'impasto viene poi farcito con un mix di datteri tritati, zucchero e spezie come la cannella e il cardamomo, prima di essere modellato in piccole palline o mezze lune. I biscotti vengono poi cotti fino a doratura e spesso spolverati con zucchero a velo prima di essere serviti. Il Maamoul Swareh è una deliziosa e dolce prelibatezza amata da molti in Medio Oriente e oltre.

This is the best pistachio baklava I have ever eaten. There is less dough in this type of baklava, which only enhances the pistachio flavor. If you love pistachios, this is the baklava for you!

This is the perfect bite-size of melt-in-your-mouth, soft, and yummy goodness! Dates filling is very smooth & delicious. These cookies are great with coffee or tea. They come in a nice tin and it can make a great gift. My children were absolutely delighted and thought that these were filled with chocolate.
