Outstanding customer service

Unfortunately, my product arrived all melted and mushed together. Customer service was quick to make things right, even though they have no control over the temperatures this time of year. A word of advice, do not order anything that can melt in the hot summer months. It’s a horrible waste of product. However, the service at Aladdin cannot be beat. I’ve never experienced such a fast, graceful and compassionate response. Hossam was delightful to work with and I could not be more pleased. This is the only store to get your cherished speciality goods.

Loads of Pistachio!

Excellent taste with good pistachio load. Less sweet and sticky than the standard baklava but still wish it was a little less sweet. Arrived in perfect shape and had a fresh buttery taste. Would definitely buy again!

Excellent prices and fast shipping only issue I can see is if you live in a hot climate and your shipment has any delay your chocolate might be melted cause the ice packs only last so long mine took 5 days and any longer I might have had a mess cause ice pack was warm
